MANAGING DIRECTOR

Robyn Tsukayama is a seasoned organizational strategist with over 15 years of leadership experience in developing organizations, products, teams, and talent. Her career began as an engineer in the automotive industry, where she played a key role in the development of patented sealing systems and led validation testing for major clients such as Nissan, BMW, and Honda. At Procter & Gamble, Robyn served as a Product Engineer, overseeing product testing across factories in Europe.

Robyn’s diverse career also includes impactful roles in higher education and workforce development. She led change management strategies at Harvard University, working across graduate schools and central operations, and spearheaded the development of a student success department at an urban college in Detroit. In addition, she supported rapid scaling efforts at Guild Education, a now billion-dollar technology company. Robyn brings deep expertise in student success programming, mentorship, and workforce development.

Currently, Robyn operates as an Executive Consultant specializing in operations and organizational development for mission-driven early-stage startups. She has successfully led projects for startups in sectors including EdTech, Blockchain, and Telemedicine. Additionally, Robyn serves on the Board of Trustees for the Colorado Women's Education Foundation, where she oversees the scholarship application process and is developing a new mentorship program.

Robyn holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
